Workable is the world’s main hiring platform. We offer in-residence recruiters and hiring groups with extra approaches to locate greater certified candidates, and help them work collectively to pick out and hire the best. Companies who use our software get from requisition to provide letter faster, with automatic and AI-powered tools that supply and recommend applicants, simplify decision making and streamline the hiring procedure.

For years, we recruited for fast-growing organizations. We trekked via forests of resumes and down bottomless e mail threads. We roughed it with clunky applicant tracking software program and giant spreadsheets, all of the at the same time as wrestling to coordinate interviews and feedback. At some point it got personal. We make software. Surely we may want to do better.

Hiring software program as it must be

We dreamt of software program that was already established to most important task web sites. Single-submission posting to all the crucial activity boards. Why not make it as smooth to browse candidates as it is to follow friends on social networks. We desired career web sites that updated themselves. And good-looking activity ads. One-click applications. Candidate timelines that confirmed the ‘while and why’ of who made the shortlist.

We desired hiring software program that could enable you to ‘message’ candidates and maintain track of comments in context. Why now not convey resumes to life with the aid of combining them with social media profiles? And all of this in a lovely design.

We desired small and medium businesses, to take delivery of a well-rounded hiring procedure in much less than a day — even the ones with out an HR professional. For as little as $ninety nine a month we wanted to provide the kind of recruiting system huge agencies pay thousands and thousands for.

Recruiting made Workable

And right here we are. Usable, likeable hiring software. It has everything you want and nothing you don’t. It’s built for teams. It’s on the cloud, it doesn’t want a manual, it gets the task done. It is Workable.
