We are looking for CUSTOMER MANAGER

Job Description

Manages TietoEVRY Payments Solutions existing customers in Africa region. Drives sales for projects within existing customers, helps customers to build their business, and continuously works on customer satisfaction improvement, initiates new projects and helps customers to develop their payments strategy, works to increase TietoEVRY share of wallet within our existing customers, represents TietoEVRY in the regional exhibitions and other activities.

Main duties:

• Planning and executing sales activities, market research and strategy planning for a specific region and customers.
• Daily work with customers, regular meeting organization, relationship building and regular communication with customer middle and top management.
• Proposal and agreement preparation considering and following the project profitability ratios and legal aspects in compliance with TietoEVRY guidelines.
• Development and expansion of cooperation with regional and global TietoEVRY partners.
• Follow-up on product and services compliance with market requirements.

Required:

• At least 2 year experience in the role as a sales or account manager or project manager.
• Communicability and ability to convince, skills and willingness to build long term relationship with customers.
• Ability to think logically, react rationally, to make independent and educated decisions and to take responsibility.
• Ability to represent the company in a respectable and convincing manner.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Advanced English, Latvian and Russian knowledge.
• Bachelor degree (or higher) in economics, IT or legal.
• Preferable experience in IT product and service sales or experience in Bank/Finance sector.
