Responsibilities:

Play a coordinating function between project team and FMC/BMS vendors in managing all BMS related issues
Check and make certain that the factor mapping of the load sheet is being carried out properly and accurate
Capture and apprehend the common sense or design parameters of BMS and fit them towards operation functionalities
Carry out site investigation together with FMC/BMS dealer to confirm and clear up the issues detected
Wherever applicable, rectification paintings shall be completed at the side of routine maintenance time table to minimize device/machine down time
Update task team on the details of the rectification paintings and the real answers for the operation troubles
Check and make certain all communication alerts among BMS, DDC gadget, CCTV, etc.
Carry out trending and evaluation of issues detected and resolved
As part of the FMC’s monthly document requirements, submit monthly reviews on work carried out, findings, movements taken and closure reports upon rectification/finishing touch of paintings
Keep song and replace details of changes in building information, e.G. working schedules, tenancy and occupancy information, etc.
Keep tune and consolidate the cash spent in rectifying the operation troubles or device replacement price on a monthly basis
Participate in fault rule review for brand new and current alerts/faults/warning
Record mins and movements to be taken in meetings arranged through the undertaking group
Conduct website visits as requested
Formulate a listing of BMS technical statistics and infrastructure set-up for assigned buildings (wherever applicable)
Propose enhancement to BMS, if required, with strong commercial enterprise case
Assist in records analytics with the existing statistics from the Building Optimisation System (anyplace applicable)
Assist in development of latest fault rules in the library (anywhere applicable)

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Facility Management or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience in facility management / Control Room environment.
Possess exact operational know-how and experience in using of Building Management Systems, CCTV, Card Access System, Fire Alarm System ACMV and Electrical system
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
