Job Description

As a member of our Agile department you will help teams to follow agile values and principles. You will help teams remove impediments to their ability to achieve product goals, increasing the likelihood of the product’s overall success.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Help the team and organization make good decisions with respect to Agile/Scrum practices
• Organize and facilitate meetings for the team
• Hold retrospectives, define action points, implement changes
• Contribute to the formation and maintenance of the backlog
• Help teams with estimating and planning
• Provide Product Owners with the data needed to make decisions on release planning
• Coordinate work on dependencies
• Resolve impediments
• Organize team events
• Foster team self-organization
• Pro-actively identify and raise with line managers cases where disciplinary action or performance improvement are needed
• Participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice
• Maintain the tools supporting the team’s processes (Story board, Action board, charts, backlogs, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in agile context and a proven track record in implementing agile procedures
• At least a year as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a commercial setting
• Good understanding of Agile values and principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• A high degree of sociability, empathy, courage, and a lot of team spirit
• Fluency in English
