The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is a part of the shared services group and will be offering all important help to the development supervision group with admire to all economic elements and contractual subjects inside the challenge. The QS will assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS)/Contracts Manager within the assessment and evaluation of all contractor claims thru the Contractor and different contractual topics.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the SQS/Contracts Manager in all topics regarding the financial and contractual elements of the project.
Provide help to the SQS/Contracts Manager on all financial and contractual matters at a few stage in the route of the work within the challenge.
Participate and assist in the guidance of the minutes in all commercial conferences as required.

Qualification / Experience / Skills

Bachelor diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or associated discipline and 10 years demonstrable enjoy in Quantity Surveying on fundamental rail, road, motorway and trendy infrastructure initiatives preferably inside the
Must have a sound know-how about contractual relationships.
