Responsibilities
Manages the audits process for Business & IT and delivers audits for key customers
Manages in-house and outside auditors, acts as Auditors’ principal point of contact and affords them with any assistance required on technical issues
Reviews audit documentation and affords feedback to Auditors
Creates and updates any audits-associated documentation and schooling materials
Runs everyday calls/meetings/training classes to ensure Auditors’ high performance and attain standardization throughout all regions
Enriches and maintains Auditors’ pool, based on needs (search, screening calls, appointment, training, evaluation, etc)
Handles complaints, malpractices, whistleblowing cases and other first-class-related issues
Participates in ad-hoc great group initiatives, as assigned with the aid of the Quality Manager
Reports on deliverables on a everyday basis

Requirements
Bachelor’s diploma in Quality Management, Business Administration or similar discipline. A relevant Postgraduate Degree will be taken into consideration as an asset.
Minimum five years’ experience in the wide region of Management systems, ideally in a consulting agency or certification body, ideally 2 of which in auditing and/or coping with group of Auditors (Certification Bodies, Hellenic Accreditation System, etc). Prior working enjoy within the certification of humans and/or schooling and examination fields is desirable.
Full understanding of development, implementation and preservation of management systems based on international standards, along with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301; expertise of accreditation necessities based totally on ISO/IEC17024
Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written verbal exchange skills

Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance stage certification is desirable.
