Responsibilities
Manages the audits method for Business & IT and promises audits for key customers
Manages in-residence and external auditors, acts as Auditors’ primary factor of touch and offers them with any assistance required on technical issues
Reviews audit documentation and offers remarks to Auditors
Creates and updates any audits-related documentation and training materials
Runs normal calls/meetings/schooling sessions to ensure Auditors’ excessive performance and reap standardization across all regions
Enriches and keeps Auditors’ pool, based totally on needs (search, screening calls, appointment, training, evaluation, etc)
Handles complaints, malpractices, whistleblowing cases and other exceptional-associated issues

Requirements
Bachelor’s diploma in Quality Management, Business Administration or similar discipline. A applicable Postgraduate Degree will be considered as an asset.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the wide region of Management systems, ideally in a consulting organisation or certification body, preferably 2 of which in auditing and/or coping with team of Auditors (Certification Bodies, Hellenic Accreditation System, etc). Prior working enjoy inside the certification of men and women and/or education and exam fields is desirable.
Full know-how of development, implementation and maintenance of control systems primarily based on global standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301; expertise of accreditation necessities based totally on ISO/IEC17024
Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written conversation skills
