PURPOSE

Under guidance, assist vendors with onboarding, guidance in using IQVIA systems and tools and general assistance in other purchasing related issues.  Aim is to achieve full vendor onboarding status and also provide help to internal stakeholders to improve vendor cooperation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Customer service for stakeholders and vendors conducted via phone, email or other tools

•         Prepare and maintain training guidance and procurement related documentation for internal and external purposes

•         Assist stakeholders and vendors with questions concerning usage of procure to pay systems

•         Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good communication skills
• Good level of English
• Problem solving
• Ability to learn quickly
• Knowledge of supply chain management, materials management, purchasing or procurement
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Data analysis and manipulation skills
• Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance and 1 year of experience in Finance or business operations; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

min. salary: 1300 EUR gross/month
