What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with CEO and CPO in evolving a strong, purpose-driven emblem narrative
Leading in-residence Design groups who build products and deliver visible and physical brand materials
Collaborating across the Product and Marketing organisation to supply on time and impact
Balancing sources and prioritize tasks to make certain maximum impactful paintings happens within the face of blockers and constraints
Driving innovative solutions in our key markets as well as worldwide initiatives
Empowering team contributors to supply impactful paintings
Owning and improving the logo fashion manual to pressure logo consistency across touch-points with our employees, drivers, customers and the public
Promoting a tradition of collaboration across the company and accommodating work go with the flow and outputs
Requirements
10+ years revel in in creative/design management, with an brilliant portfolio
Savviness with new and traditional layout technology, logo channels and mediums
Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters
